We will never share your information with anyone else. We do use your email address to notify you of upcoming events or concerts and for transactional information for ticket sales or supporting the Sonoma County Philharmonic through donations.
Credit Cards and Payment Security
We use Flipcause for our credit card payments . All transactions are completed on the Flipcause site using bank level security and 128-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information on our site. We also use Flipcause for our on-line ticketing service for tickets – again, we never store your credit card information and their service uses 128-bit SSL encryption for security. We use Square to process on-site transactions – again, all of the transactional information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL encryption and we do not store your credit card information on our site.
We do occasionally send out newsletters and emails to let you know of upcoming concerts, events or other information. You can opt out of any of those communications by clicking the link at the bottom of the communication with SafeUnsubscribe. This will take you off the mailing list. Of course, we hope you won’t leave – but if you do, please be assured that we will remove you from the list. We will update this page with new information or changes to our privacy policy.
